AI Policy (RaiaAi)
RaiaAi is our built-in assistant. It runs in your browser using rules and local calculations; it does not call any third-party AI service and uses no API keys. Your CV, letter and invoice text is not sent anywhere by RaiaAi.
- Do not share passwords, PINs or full ID numbers with RaiaAi.
- RaiaAi can be wrong; check names, numbers, dates and tax figures.
- Short chat questions (max 300 characters, without your form data) may be logged for quality and security for up to 90 days.
- RaiaAi never completes payments or accesses your M-Pesa.
