Shops on KaziDocs Kenya Shops are run by independent sellers. We provide the tools; the seller delivers the goods.
- Pay only to the M-Pesa details shown at checkout on the shop page. Never pay a different number sent in chat.
- Each M-Pesa code can be used for only one order, which blocks reused or fake confirmation messages.
- Keep your order reference and M-Pesa code. Use Track my order on the shop page.
- Look for the Verified seller badge and read reviews. You can only review after a paid order.
If something goes wrong
Contact the seller on WhatsApp first. If unresolved in 3 days, email support@example.co.ke with your order reference, M-Pesa code and screenshots. We can hide a shop and share records with the authorities, but sellers are responsible for refunds and we cannot guarantee recovery of funds paid directly to a seller.
