Refund Policy
Digital documents are delivered instantly after payment, so payments are generally non-refundable once a document or file is delivered.
We will refund or re-deliver when
- You were charged but received no download (use Re-download with your M-Pesa code first).
- You were charged twice for the same item.
- The service failed due to our fault and we cannot fix it.
How
WhatsApp or email support@example.co.ke within 7 days with your M-Pesa code and phone number. Approved refunds are sent back via M-Pesa within 3 working days. Passes are refundable only if unused.
